Joe Cordaro is the man. He Explains everything thoroughly & his decisions are trustworthy. It’s hard to find trust when needing maintenance on a vehicle. I trust Joe or I wouldn’t have come back after my 1st visit. Now I’ll be back for my 3rd time & feel confident all will go great.
I bought a new car and enjoyed working with Teddy, Jimmyand Michael, Michael made sure every thing Wes moved to make the seat and steering wheel were in perfect position for me. They helped me with the trade in process.

They neglected to send me any form to setup my new lease payment. It was only done the day before it was due because I had to call them multiple times. Which is insane I was try to pay and they were the least helpful people until I was mean and threatened to come and have this issue handled

I have brought my Honda CR-V to this location for years, and Joe is consistently the most knowledgeable and supportive service advisor I’ve encountered. Matt T. took great care of us. We met upon bringing a 12 year old SUV into service with an exhaust system problem warning light. After we received the diagnosis we met with Matt to determine our choices for repair vs. a new SUV. After we evaluated our needs and all the numbers, we drove home in a new SUV. We had a great experience at Honda of Sarasota! All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. A special shout out to Matt!!!!!
