Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable A very attentive representative and very helpful No problems at all!
James made it an easy and smooth transition. Very helpful and timely I'm very happy
They were kind but the place looks a bit antique, especially the waiting room. Some time the staff is more focus on up selling instead of the main reason of the visit and that can be annoying
I will encourage anyone to service their vehicle at Honda, the workers are friendly and courteous and easy to talk with
If you are looking to purchase a new car, I would recommend Honda of sarasota. I had an amazing and pleasant experience. They they were very straight forward, not pushy, and it was just great. Thank you Sarasota Honda! PS Omar you rock!
They worked very hard to help me find the car I could afford and I would be happy with they also took the time to explain everything about my new car very pleased with this dealership and all the staff including Nelly and all the internet staff as well. They were great
They are scammers. I will never go back there. They also gave me a thumb drive with someone elses information. Offers for 0% or 3% was never offered to me and I have a very high credit score. I would be happy to talk with someone from Honda but definitely not anyone from Sarasota Honda. Im not holding my breath for a callback regarding my review. This is why car dealers have a bad name
I appreciate detailed service and excellent communication Timely completion and everything was done to highest standards
Did not appreciate the first very low offer on my trade in It felt like they were trying to take advantage
Very helpful and caring for the customer to be satisfied, glad Michael got the job done right and fixed our situation
