Cameron was awesome! Very helpful and knows his stuff. What concerns me about this dealership is the upselling that takes place on every visit for service. I don’t want to be presented with the option of purchasing a new windshield when I’m in for an oil change. The fact that insurance would pay for it doesn’t matter. It’s still work that doesn’t need to be done. I drive a 9 year old vehicle; there are bound to be nicks in my windshield. No spidering means I don’t need to replace it. I know the service codes and attend to all service requirements ASAP. Eventually, I will buy a new Honda. I’d like to buy through your dealership. Please help me maintain my current Honda so I remain loyal to the brand. Thank you. If you want more details, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

My sales team was wonderful, fast and efficient and communication was great. However days after I left with my new vehicle I was advised the VIN number on all my financial documents was incorrect and needed to come back in to re sign everything. I’m lucky I wasn’t pulled over and got into trouble. I’m glad the mistake was caught and taken care of. I was given the correct VIN for my insurance originally and had the correct vehicle, but somehow it was mixed up during the exchange.
Once we got everything sorted out to fix the scratch the service was great and serviced quickly. Thank you team!
Courteous and helpful staff. Car wash and vacuum with a service is a huge plus. Mr. Cordaro and Mr. Escobar have always been top notch. I do all of my services at this dealership. Appreciate the savings coupons.

I had an appointment at 7:30 to have my oil changed. First time using your service department. I was there at 7:20 AM. They took my information took my van to the back, then a gentleman come out and wanted to appraise my van, see if he could make a car deal. I said I was not interested. He was somewhat disappointed kept trying to convince me I stubbornly told him I was not interested and I am going to the lounge. Need to get an oil change and get out of here. 30 minutes later service writer comes in to the lounge I thought to tell me my car was ready, but to tell me that they will not have the filter for my van until their Parts delivery service can deliver the filter for my van after 8:30. Why in the xxxx do I have a 730 appointment if you can’t get my filter until after 8:30 ? you knew what kind of Van I had ,you had me give you all that information when I made the appointment. then they have a guy come in and start going over the windshield on my van wants to put a new windshield in my van That has no cracks no chips but telling me it’s weak it needs to be replaced. I’ve never seen so much xxxxxxxx and smoke and mirrors in my life. I’ll tell everyone to stay away. All I wanted was an oil change and if it had been handled correctly, someone to service my van from now on as my warranty had just expired, but guess what I found somebody else that actually did the job.
They do a good job at a good price and they are nice and friendly
Just so very disappointed in what this dealership has become. 20 years of buying cars here means nothing.
