Ever since Morgan Auto Group bought out Wilde Honda to become Honda of Sarasota- the place has declined. They’ve failed me in sales AND service and broken the trust I had in a 20 yr multiple vehicle purchasing relationship. They are deceptive cowards- no wonder they’re on their third GM since acquiring. It’s a revolving door of unaccountability.
My maintenance took about an hour, Joe was very knowledgeable and everyone was super polite and professional! I'll be returning to this Honda dealership for all my needs in the future!

James was very courteous and helpful. The lounge area was comfortable and accommodating. The rest rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable.
All would have been a 3, but after arriving 10 minutes early for my scheduled oil change, and "we will get you right in", the following occurred. After two hours and no one giving me an update in the wait room, I went to check the status and there was my car in the entry area completed. I was quickly told no charge due to that, but before I left I requested the service info, including the 32 oint check results. I will told it would be e-mailed to me. After two e-mail requests, I finally got the results.
I purchased 2 cars from this dealership back in 2018 and 2019 and recently had my 2018 CRV serviced per the manual recommendation . They have always been consistent with the quality of service they provide. I would like to recognize a newcomer to the Service Department as very knowledgeable and personable projecting a wonderful atmosphere around har and that person is Jessica Ujvari. I was blessed to have her as my Service Advisor. In addition, I would like to recognize for outstanding performance as my mechanic who thoroughly inspected and assessed my vehicle and that person is Clayton who also filmed an excellent video of my cars findings. Overall, excellent performance by all who made me feel very safe on the national highways.

Claudio was my salesman and I was very impressed with his customer service. He worked very hard to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted in my new car and that I was happy with my selection. The whole team that helped me from Claudio, upper management and finance department were excellent. I couldn't be more happy with my Accord and thank them all for their help, patience and professionalism.
