They had a promo online ad used as catch bay to get customer into the dealer. Ad was not honored. False advertisement tactic use by this dealership
I was very happy to be greeted by James who quickly reviewed my needs for my 2009 Accord. I had an oil leak that was fixed promptly and even got a video from the mechanic working on my car to show what had been done. It was a fantastic experience and will definitely be back when more service needs arise.

i had a great experience at Honda of Sarasota a few days ago. i leased a 2026 Honda CRV and Jon Araiza and the general manager, Brandon, were extremely helpful and professional. Honda is a great company and Jon and Brandon made this transaction seamless!
My experience at the service center has always been excellent. Staff is always efficient and friendly. Repairs and general maintenance were always quoted and completed within expected timeframe.
I've had an ongoing slow oil leak for the past 4 years. This is the third time I brought it in. They keep telling me it's a new issue. A car that's 2 years old shouldn't have an oil leak at all! Although Honda did pay 70%, I believe they should have paid 100% due to the fact that it started while the car was under warranty.

I was there for a while, but having to add new tires which I was not expecting having to do, I appreciate that they got me out in a timely fashion.
I really liked the ride home and back to dealership while my new tires were installed. Everyone was professional and helpful.

My mother Recently purchased a car there and they secretly added tons of warranty that never actually existed. No one is trying to help me. I call and they pass you onto the next person and say they’re too busy and cannot help a customer that they’re got their money from. Tried to finance through my credit union but instead they financed through capital one without my consent. Jumping through hurdles dealing with this dealership. The new Gm Tim returned our call tonight finally. I’ll be back to update whether or not Tim is able to correct this situation. UPDATE The new Gm Tim handled the situation in a quickly manner. He was very direct and to the point and helped fix the issue. Honest and respectful. Thank goodness they got new management.
As always, Cameron, along with Honda, did a superb job in taking care of my needs. I called at the last minute for a very much needed oil change, they calmed my nerves, told me to come right in and took excellent care of me. As a teacher, this helped me to end the school year on a high note. Thank you so much for always taking care of me. Cameron, and all the others are polite, trustworthy, empathetic and clear when talking with us. I wish I knew all the employees names that worked with me so I could give them a 5 star rating like Cameron. They were all superb!
From the time we pulled into the dealership to leaving with a great deal on a new car everything was 5 star treatment. I will definitely use them again in the future. Shout out to Von for being a stand up salesman.
