How to Setup the 2022 Honda Bluetooth System

How to Setup Bluetooth Phone Pairing to a 2022 Honda using the “HandsFreeLink”

1.) Put your Honda vehicle in PARK.

2.) Go into your mobile devices SETTINGS and swipe BLUETOOTH on. for more information on Bluetooth Phone Pairing Click here for more information.

3.) Using the display knob, make the following selections in this order:

  • SETTINGS
  • PHONE
  • BLUETOOTH DEVICE LIST
  • ADD BLUETOOTH DEVICE

4.) Select your mobile device when it appears on the list.

IF YOUR PHONE DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE LIST:

1.) On the Add Bluetooth device screen, select the “Device Not Found” button at the bottom of the screen.

2.) Inside the Bluetooth options menu of your mobile device, search for “HandsFreeLink” under “Devices”.

3.) When the dashboard system recognizes your device, it will provide you with a six-digit code on your car display. If this number pairs with the number provided on your phone, press “Pair”.
